5 million and 5oo k pesos.. they dont sound different..

i still remember the time when my friend oliver and i spend sleepless nights and discussing what our future would be few years from now. i remember we were saying to each other that we need to be richer to enjoy life even more.. so we came up to topic on how we could be "richer" so those sleepless nights, were times where we had our brainstorming. finally we end up in one system that we were thinking to do. it was a business system that will eventually promote employment to the youth and maybe provide work for them at the same time we could earn much with it too. so then i recalled at one night that in my late high school years i was able to join an organization which the government had established. the project was working youth center program, they call it wyc in short.. so eventually i tried to recall the peoople whom i worked with.. at first i didnt believe that it was really possible for the government to provide such fund for unexperienced youth. so at the start i was thinking that it had to be done for a longer period of time.. like i was thinking that if you want to be funded then one should find someone to provide a financier/funder for your project, and that the government's role was only to subsidize the loan and guarantee for the funder/financier.. so i was expecting that that would happen at the first time i got to their office.
i checked on my cellphone's phone book to see if i still have names of the people whom i recalled to be the people i used to work with in wyc. i found out that is still do have numbers of a few people like 3 of them.. so i asked all of them how we could probably work out the reactivation of wyc. and rhea ferraren gave me most of the ideas on how to do it, while joy patoc told me who to contact and where i could possibly find them. so one of the 2 leads that joy told me was kuya tolits and that i could find him at um diaz mall, at one of the stalls there where they offer computer services.. so the chances of finding him and his place was 1 of 100.. so at the first day i was looking for him some guy told me that his place was found at the rear part of the diaz mall and that i wouldnt find him that day since that was a saturday. so i came back on a monday lunchtime, i went directly to the rear side of the diaz mall, and i still didnt find kuya tolit's place. so another week went on and i decided to comeback on a saturday morning about 11 am.. then there i found a stall which has a tarpaulin with a name Lito Ayala.. so there i had an idea that it could be kuya tolit's place. so i approached the place and find a person to ask where is kuya tolits was. i was able to talk to a pregnant woman about kuya tolit's age, she told that he wasnt there yet because he was still in school taking up masteral studies.. so she gave me his business card and told me if i could comeback by monday and tell him what i was concerned about.
so by monday i came back and met kuya tolits.. he told me that the right person to contact with regarding the status of wyc was sir paul cruz and that he could be found at the dole's office at bangoy. he told me how to get there by jeep, he told that matina route is the best way to get there. the day after i went to the doles office and and looked for sir paul cruz. i didnt find him because he was in a launching of yes with a partner school usep.. so i was refered to miss eve tombo and there she talked to me on how we could start the program. she gave me her number and the email add of which i would send my written qualms. so i was able to write a letter about 2 weeks after. during the two weeks time i had been continuously coming back to the office to look for sir paul cruz who had been still very busy at that time.
by next week, at that time i decided to call their office instead of going i was told to call back on thursday because of his seemingly super hectic schedule. but i wasnt able to call him.. so that thursday morning i felt that everything was becoming pointless.. that what i was doing had no direction.. so i just stayed at home and did my routine. my dad that i have to prepare because i have to get some papers from a friends office at Bureau of Soils which was a block away from the dole's office. a minute after my dad told me to fetch the papers he was talking about, i received an email saying that if it is possible for me to call the office or to visit.. so i replied to him via yahoo messenger and told him that i could go there to visit after i could get the papers which i was told by my father to fetch.

to be continued'
